BTEC strives to provide the highest quality air quality
consulting and testing services and can provide these services in a
cost-effective and timely manner. Currently, BTEC’s consulting and testing
services team consists of two air quality professionals with significant air
quality consulting and testing experience and two sampling technicians with
lesser experience as follows:
Barry P. Boulianne has more than
16 years of professional experience in air quality consulting and has managed
hundreds of air pollutant emissions test projects for a wide variety of
industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. He is significantly
experienced in each of the test methods outlined in Table 1 and has extensive
experience in testing emissions units at automotive assembly, foundry, and
miscellaneous manufacturing plants. In addition to his emissions testing
expertise, Mr. Boulianne has noteworthy experience in the areas of emissions
control equipment monitoring, regulatory compliance analysis, and air quality
permitting.
Randal J. Tysar has more than 12
years of experience providing air quality consulting services. He has managed
numerous air quality permitting and testing projects and has extensive
experience in the areas of new source review permitting, Title V permitting,
compliance assistance, emissions test plan and report development and field
emissions sampling. Mr. Tysar also has significant experience in the areas of
emission rate estimations, regulatory analysis, and control equipment
feasibility analyses.
Mark W. Westerberg has more than
16 years of project management experience in air quality consulting and has
managed and performed numerous test programs at automobile assembly plants, iron
and steel plants, cement plants, aluminum casting plants, foundries, glass wool
plants, fossil fuel-fired steam and/or electric generation plants, and quarry
operations. He is significantly experienced in each of the test methods outlined
in Table 1 and has extensive experience in testing emissions units at automotive
assembly, foundry, and miscellaneous manufacturing plants. In addition to his
emissions testing expertise, Mr. Westerberg has laboratory analytical experience
and his field skills include groundwater monitoring, soil and water sampling,
and point source air testing.
William L. Martin has more than 3
years of experience as an air emissions test technician and has assisted with
completion of the majority of the test methods outlined in Table 1. In addition,
Mr. Martin has assisted in the preparation of emissions test plans and test
reports and has assisted in performing required laboratory analyses.
Thomas J. Snyder has more than 2
years of experience as an air emissions test technician and has assisted in
completion of emissions test fieldwork on over thirty five emissions test
programs.
Brandon Chase has less than 1 year
of experience as an environmental engineer and has assisted in completion of
emissions test fieldwork on over ten emissions test programs.
Jeffery Peitzsch has less than 1
year of experience as an environmental engineer and has assisted in completion
of emissions test fieldwork on more than five emissions test programs.
